Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges for all products for a period of 30 days after received. If you wish to return, just email us at support@thejewelrytype.com. Products must have original tags and packaging and must be shipped back in the shipping box in which it arrived. All returns are subject to a $5.99 shipping fee deduction from your refund total.
Pro-Tip: Exchanges are free, and we offer a 25% bonus store credit with every exchange ( only valid for US customers).
Final Sale: All sale products are final sale at the time of purchase. Additionally, all Gift Boxes, Mystery Products and all jewelry accessories (extenders, earring backs and earring back lifters) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Jewelry Bundles: Bundle Kits and Build-your-own-bundle purchases must be returned in full. Please note if you purchased a bundle, you must return all the products in the bundle to receive a refund. This also applies for Jewelry Bundle exchanges.
International Orders: International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
